I should have written this review years ago. It was Christmas eve and my nephew was jumping up and down from excitement and hit my chin and broke one of my teeth. We called Dr. Raika because I wanted to see how I should care for my tooth until the office was open again and could get it fixed. She met me at the office on Christmas day and fixed my tooth. I have been going there ever since. They do a great job! What a blessing to have them in our community.

My family has been going here for years and I recently moved to the area and wanted to see Dr. Pfab. After confirming my morning appointment, with Dr. Pfab, Sr, they later called back to say they'd made a mistake and I couldn't come then. I explained that it was no problem to reschedule at all, as I wasn't in a hurry, but I did need an early morning (8:30 is the earliest they have), or end of the day. Had an appointment this morning. Had an emergency come up and had to cancel. What’s great is that they want to charge 60$ to cancel an appointment due to an unforeseen emergency. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service.
