My questions were answered. Be prepared to wait. They will not return a call to the pharmacist. Their phone frequently has a busy signal. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was satisfied with the treatment of the Dr. The office was easy to find, hard to get to.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I got an appointment quickly. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They are TERRIBLE about returning phone calls and if you need a special prescription refill, forget about it! I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name Does this provider always put the customer first? No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them Did you feel safe in this psychiatrist's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I barely had any time to ask questions Does this provider treat every client equally? No, they definitely favor certain clients

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Is this psychiatrist easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Does this psychiatrist promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile
