I will not like to grant even one star to this pathetic hospital. Took my 90 years old father to ER in a wintery cold evening as he was nose bleeding for more than an hour already. The doctor just put a clipper on his nose and asked us to wait. Waited there for 3 hours with bleeding starting again after the clipper was removed and with clipper on the nose all the blood was going inside his throat for which he had to keep spitting the blood out. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with him. He did not listen to any of my concerns and questioned my symptoms all the time. I felt humiliated. Dont waste your time! There are better doctors in this country...His staff were very kind! They should found another doctor to work for.
NEVER, EVER signup for allergy testing. Their list price is $3500 before insurance. The same tests are available on the open market for about $200. What is the point of having health insurance negotiated rates when you can get better prices on the open market? It’s aggravating that they think they can get away with charging that amount.
I can't say enough nice things about the Spa and the people that work there! Margaret does my facials and she is amazing! I can't wait to try out all the services they spa offers!
Terrible experience all the way around. I showed up to my appointment 23 mins. early and waited 2 hours PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME! When I asked the lady behind the glass for an explanation, she was clueless and did not know how to respond. I asked if the doctor was even in and she replied yes. Finally after getting called, I was put in a room to wait for the doctor and waited 21 mins.
