I recently had a bladder sling surgically placed by Dr. Moen. I would have easily given him 10 stars up until the surgery was over. No post-op call, no follow-up by anyone from his office. When I did have questions and concerns, I felt that my questions were answered with a tone as if I was overreacting. Two weeks after surgery and I still don't feel well. Is this normal? Dr Moen did major surgery on me in 2021. At CDH in Winfield. He also goes to Rush. He is a very good surgeon & I have no complaints. All went very well. He listens to you & takes his time. I had a good team.
Dr.Moen and his staff gave me the best experience any patient could ever want.They are professional, knowledgable and compassionate.I had a hysterectomy and bladder sling performed by Dr.Moen.The surgery went well and I am having a very speedy recovery with minimal to no discomfort.I am so thankful to Dr.Moen for his expertise to make me well and giving me my quality of life back.I would recommend this office to anyone!
If I could leave zero stars I would. I had a hysterectomy with bladder repair with my OB and dr Moen. Dr Moen and his office staff were fine BEFORE surgery. Once surgery was over the problems began. Dr Moen never even came to talk to me once after surgery. Following surgery I had bleeding and nausea complications. I called the office and begged for help. The staff told me it wasn't their problem and said dr Moen wouldn't speak to me. I ended up in the hospital with a kidney infection. Stay away
