Dr. Steven Katz is refreshing. A ray of hope and sunshine. His thoroughness and explaining all issues at hand, and making sure that the underlining issues were addressed. And how his Excellency plays a part in my experience, because from the moment I walked in the receptionist at the front desk was warm courteous and polite, as well as the nurse that took me back. I have been a patient of Steven Katz for about eight years. He has a calming demeanor which is always reassuring and is very knowledgeable and informative, yet relatable. As busy as he is I never felt rushed or like he had to move on to the next patient. He always had time to talk about anything in general. My yearly follow ups always felt like visiting a friend.
