Competent, but not good with valuing the patient's time. My appointment was at 2:30. I got there at 2:25 & signed in. They did not call me until 3:13. I asked at 2:44 & 3:00 when I would I be seen and got, "In just a few minutes." They should have told me that they were running late once I got there or called me since it was obvious that they knew they were running late.
I have had a great! experience at this office. Front office staff is very nice. The remodel looks good.
I have seen dr kim for all my work from cleanings, fillings, and extractions. The staff is always very nice and accommodating. The facility is very upscale and high tech. Dr Kim always answers all my questions and explains all posssible options. I highly recommend this place.
Dr Kim is very kind and explains everything in detail. His work is meticulous and flawless when it comes to cosmetic work. He always makes sure to go the extra mile until it is perfect. I highly recommend.
