Doing the same procedure again for The Who knows what number of time; and it FAILS every single time.
Competent, but not good with valuing the patient's time. My appointment was at 2:30. I got there at 2:25 & signed in. They did not call me until 3:13. I asked at 2:44 & 3:00 when I would I be seen and got, "In just a few minutes." They should have told me that they were running late once I got there or called me since it was obvious that they knew they were running late.
I have had a great! experience at this office. Front office staff is very nice. The remodel looks good.
I have seen dr kim for all my work from cleanings, fillings, and extractions. The staff is always very nice and accommodating. The facility is very upscale and high tech. Dr Kim always answers all my questions and explains all posssible options. I highly recommend this place.
