Dr Giasullo is a wonderful doctor my husband had stones in kidney one quit large 7 n he did a invasive blasting of stone n now he is doing well he is kind n also patient n concerning of your problem for me not enough stars on this score n when I went in for the stone in less than 3 weeks I was doing procedure thank you Dr Giasullo
DR Giasullo is very nice, However they over book and hours of wait time, office staff not very friendly.

Dr. Giasullo has a wonderful reputation which is why I wanted to see him. I was given an appointment about one month after I called. HOWEVER, When I went to my appointment, I was surprised at how ineffecient and rude and unprofessional his staff is. As a new patient :I wasnt aware of his procesudres. His website has the wrong address and directed me to an old office of his. Fortunately, someone was there to tell me wherre he is now located. (Does he have an office manager?) Fabulous doctor! Took great care of my 89 yr old father. Cleared his bladder stones with precision. Kind and compassionate.

Wait time is horrible. The staff at the office tells you your next but 8 people were called before me. I waited more than two hours to see the Dr. Unacceptable. The staff is rude, wouldn’t recommend this office.
Very bad experience with this office. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment and waited 2 hours, when I asked if I would be seen soon, I was told I would be seen next. Moments later, someone else was called in to see the doctor and I left without being seen. I was extremely unhappy with this office and regret having come in.
Dr. Giasullo is an excellent and most caring Dr. He spends time with you and I never felt rushed. His office is very clean and pleasant
