I have been to Dr Michael Adams office every month for 8 months now. The office is always extremely buisy. I always wait an hour to be seen. My last appointment took 3 hours for a routine half hour check up the wait time is terrible. It is very hard to make an appointment as he is over booked and rescheduling if something comes up is nearly impossible. When I call for questions the staff is distracted and overwhelmed. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
