Have not seen Dr. Crawford Since 2015, paid my copay. His office manager said she filed with b/c b/s the rest of the bill. BLUE CROSS says they did not, there is no record. She threatened me with collections for her mistake. Was rude with Blue cross as well as wilt me. I fill it's their mistake. I Dispute the bill. Will not pay for someone mistake.
