Doctor Delaughter and his staff were all very thorough, helpful and nice. Doctor Delaughter offered several options and suggestions for my diagnosis.
Dr. DeLaughter took his time and patiently answered all of my questions. The staff did a great job retrieving my records from my referring doctor in time for my appointment. Thank you Heart Place!
All personnel were pleasant and professional. Medical analysis appears highly competent. Waiting time was slightly more than average. The waiting room and examination room were uncomfortably cold.
The staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Delauder explained the situation and all the options in a clear and comprehensive manner. Very good experience.
