I had a horrible, terrifying experience here. I went in for a filling and Dr Chou started drilling before my mouth was completely asleep. I was in bad pain, I tried to tell the dental hygienist or the dentist but they were busy discussing Christmas plans. Dr Chou told me to stop squirming because he had a drill in his hand. They finally noticed when I had tears streaming down my cheeks. I have since changed dentists but I am still terrified anytime I have to get any dental work done.
