I am privileged to have Dr. Cheng as my dentist. He is a master at his craft, very informative about any procedure he will perform, he's very knowledgeable about your past dental history just by a mere glance.I thought I was going to have a mediocre dentist today and I was so wrong! In my 50 years he's the only dentist I would say is brilliant! Also very kind, speaks excellent English. You will not be disappointed. Man of profound wisdom & knowledge.
The receptionist was so hard to communicate with, I could barely make out what she was saying. I told her I wanted to make an appointment for next week and she kept giving me a hard time. She said that because I haven't been to their establishment for a long time that they couldn't except my insurance. I said...What does that even matter if I haven't been there in 5 years or 5 months ? My insurance was good back then. Now all of a sudden they aren't excepting it.
