Dr. Chen installed four implants for me. Two in 2018 and two in 2019, on the back bottom left and right. All four have failed due to improper placement. One implant crown has broken completely off while eating, and the implant itself is fractured, unrepairable. I have to now have the implant extracted, and possibly the other three extracted. The staff is very attentive! Dr. Chen is very knowledgeable and meticulous about his work. I’ve been attending for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend Dr. Chen. 10/10 experience every time!
