This office is NOT closed. I currently go there. (unfortunately} The Dr is on medical leave and the nurse practitioner covering doesn't even accept same insurance! Every single month I have to go through arguments with office mgr and staff to have my REQUIRED meds refilled. I've asked many time for my records and they are NOT providing. Also, I need my billing records and they do NOT comply!
