The doctor is in a hurry. He does not change his prescription if he needs to after calling several times. I could not do a simple sonogram with what he wrote and ended up visiting another doctor for a descent order. He also did not do any kind of follow-up about my blood work. Such a waste of time and terrible experience!
I've been calling for over a week and a half and can't get a prescription refill for a serious medication that can't just simply be stopped cold turkey. He always seems to be away which is interesting considering there's never really patients there. Also, the time on Google for the hours is just completely wrong went in today at 9 to talk to him for my prescription and the door was locked, called reception and they said they are not open until 2 today. The lady who works on reception is very rude. We have been calling the doctor for more than 4 weeks to get prescription. Every time we call, either doctor is on vacation or unavailable. She basically lies and provide incorrect information.
