Absolute garbage at least staff wise. 1st round is after my doctor booked an referral you get an automated message to ask you to confirm your appointment that sounds like a scam. 2nd, door was locked so we knocked and the front desk was giving an attitude for arriving at 7:50 am when they open at 8:00 am, she repeated twice we open at 8:00 am.... 3rd, most importantly both technicians went through the exam in about 2 minutes and spoke really fast not explaining their exam or result at all. I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Butler and his team for my procedures. Dr. Butler is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth, which made the whole process enjoyable. I truly appreciated the care and attention I received, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
hes very nice, which some doctors arent. Unfortunately he didnt warn me enough about taking care of my eyes like prevention and now theyre worse he was probably the best eye doc of all the ones i had and thats not saying much. there is something wrong with our medical system because its 2025 and after my eye got worse (permanently?) it became immediately obvious why it happened. He should be providing a complete list every visit of things that can damage your eye.
No one answers the phone. Trying to talk to them about it and are just laughed at. Extremely unprofessional office, staff and doctor. They’re too rushed to make money. Patient walking in is like a SIM character with a dollar sign over their head. That’s all we are to them. Be professional for heavens sake!! Obviously these reviews have no impact on them, it’s like talking to a wall. Avoid this clinic if you can!!
