Dr Bruck is really great with kids, a compassionate physician. He’s alone now that Dr Aqua left. We’ve had a rough time with his front office staff- scheduling and getting school paperwork done. They are disorganized and confused, and today one of them hung up on me intentionally when I was trying to ask a question. He needs a staff refresh.
Dr Bruck has been seeing my three kids for 10 years. He’s always been knowledgeable and friendly.
Dr. Bruck is the best. We LOVE Dr. Bruck. Let me start off by pointing out that I can be tough and critical and I expect a lot. My son Scott (10) and daughter Lilly (6) have been with him since birth. He always diagnosed them correctly the first time and gave the correct remedy. With him my kids are not sick often but when they are he comes up with the correct solution and gets them healthy quickly. My kids both love him so it really helps when your kid doesn’t feel well and tells you take me to Dr. Bruck so he can fix me. I... read more
Doctor is Great- the wait is not We loved Doctor Bruck. He is attentive, and really listens when you speak to him. Unfortunately, his partner has been on a leave of absence which makes the wait time unbearable. The last straw was the 2 hour wait! We'll consider switching back once the other doctor returns.
We are leaving as well.... We started out at that office because of Dr. Simo. Dr. S was great! Once he got ill and stop seeing patients it went down hill quick. Several times we have called the Doctor on weekend's and the answering service referred us to the ER. This last time we didn't call and went to the ER directly. When we saw Dr. Bruck on Monday he lectured us on not having called the service first. He claimed they put calls through to him but that is absolutely not true. The staff absolutely sucks! Dr. Michael Bruck is fabulous!! Dr. Michael Bruck is fabulous!! My children love him and the whole staff!! Thankfully my children are both healthy, but when I do need to speak to or see a dr. Dr. Bruck and his staff always, always make time. They are loving and attentive, and always smiling!! They do everything to put not only the child but the parents at ease too!! Love Doctor Bruck & his staff Our granddaughter who is 4 now has been with Doctor Bruck since she was born. We can always get an appointment during the week if she is not feeling well without a hassle. The doctors nurse remembers not only her name but that of her cousin, who is not Doctor's patient but occasionally has gone in with us. Although we do hove to wait, it is worth it because the doctor is very attentive and spends as much time with is and our granddaughter as is needed to answer all of our questions and concerns.... read more
Dr. Michael Bruck is a wonderful Ped! We are Dr. Bruck Fans! I have been blessed with an extremely healthy child- only well visits in his 2 years of life so far- hope to keep it that way! We may not have frequent encounters with our Ped. however they are always a great experience. Never had to experience an inappropriate wait- and everyone including Dr. Bruck has been extremely loving and attentive to our child. I would strokngly recommend Dr. Burck and in fact I have! Dr. Bruck rocks !!!! Dr. Bruck has been a God send to us. We initially had Medicaid as we were guardians of our grandson, Due to medicaid's usual efficiency, they messed up who his pediatrician was and wehn we tried to get in to his reg doctor, they said they could not see him and refused to help by calling Medicaid. I called Medicaid and they gave me a list of doctors and said the doc's office had to call for an exception.
