Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
saw the Nurse Practioner on my initial visit and she was outstanding! Very knowledgeable .. knew exactly what was going on with my hamsting and acl ... AND she is genuinely nice person .. very caring!
When I was in the exam room I felt all my concerns were addressed. However, here it is 24 hours later, I still hurt and haven't received any word on how to move forward. I realize the problem may not be with your office but with the pain clinic.
This was first visit after physical therapy. Critical appointment for decision about surgery. Disappointed to be seen by nurse practitioner rather than doctor.
