Called the office to schedule an appointment and apparently Dr. Michael Borok is a part time doctor that only works 1s a week. So expect to wait MONTHS to even see him. You’re better off going to a different place

I had a very poor experience trying to schedule an appointment with this clinic. I politely asked if the staff member spoke Russian and was immediately told I “need a translator,” even though I clearly said I can speak English. Despite this, I was repeatedly refused help with scheduling and told there was a “language barrier.” 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ She also told me that if I come to the appointment and cannot understand the doctor or fill out forms in English, I would be sent home, which felt unnecessary and dismissive since I am ... read more

The staff was being yelled at by the doctor about organizing while I was waiting. The waiting room was quite stuffy. I was willing to let it go, but overall it was not a good experience. I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time, after all the paperwork, to be informed that there was a copay which was never communicated to me previously. I was not informed at confirmation, at appointment time or even when I entered about a copay (especially such a high one). I was told to bring my ID and insurance card. WE HAVE WATED 2 MONTHS AND WE WATED REALLY LONG WHEN WE CALKED TO GET AN APPOINTMENT THEY WERE REALLY RUDE TODAY ON JANUARY 7,2025 WE FOR MY SON AND THE DOOR WAS LOCKED WE KNOCKED FOR 99999999 OF TIMES NAD EVEN TRIED TO OPEN THE DOOR AND WE HEARD NO RESPONSE NO NOTHING THSI IS UNACCEPTABLE WE ARE REALLY MAD NAD REALLY CURIOUS WHY DID THEY DO THIS WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BYE BYE!!!
