The staff was being yelled at by the doctor about organizing while I was waiting. The waiting room was quite stuffy. I was willing to let it go, but overall it was not a good experience. I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time, after all the paperwork, to be informed that there was a copay which was never communicated to me previously. WE HAVE WATED 2 MONTHS AND WE WATED REALLY LONG WHEN WE CALKED TO GET AN APPOINTMENT THEY WERE REALLY RUDE TODAY ON JANUARY 7,2025 WE FOR MY SON AND THE DOOR WAS LOCKED WE KNOCKED FOR 99999999 OF TIMES NAD EVEN TRIED TO OPEN THE DOOR AND WE HEARD NO RESPONSE NO NOTHING THSI IS UNACCEPTABLE WE ARE REALLY MAD NAD REALLY CURIOUS WHY DID THEY DO THIS WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BYE BYE!!!
One star is too much for this doctor and employees that work there!!!!!
He was alright, he seemed like he cared and he has knowledge but what he gave me didn’t work so I’m trying to schedule another appointment for like 2 weeks now and no one’s picking up or calling back.
