Staff is horrible. Very ignorant and condescending.
In answer to the question "[w]ould you recommend Dr. Bickell to family and friends" we have to respond in the most glowing way possible. Dr. Bickell would receive a 10+ rating if it were available here. There are none better at urology in terms of medical knowledge, facility in explaining all processes and procedures of very intricate stuff, and bedside manner that extends beyond the patient to family. Dr. Bickell takes time to answer all questions and explain things in detail. Dr. Bickell took the time to contact my family physician while I was in the office with him and together they came up with a plan for follow up care. Dr. Bickell noticed an issue unrelated to urology and acted upon it and saved my life that day. If he would not have taken the time and taken the extra steps I would have had a very different outcome. I will be forever grateful.
Found Dr. Bickell's care to be superior. He isolated the problem, formulated a plan or action, which he performed and resulted in an even better result than expected. I do recommend Dr. Bickell to anyone for exceptional care
