I wanted to share why this company got one star. I was calling on behalf of an individual under my care to make an appointment for tooth extractions. Whomever this individual who answered the phone was completely rude and rather insistent if I knew what I was doing. She kept asking me if the individual would be aware of what was being done and if the individual was even able to have the procedure. She kept insisting that i need to be aware that no care would be given unless this person understood what was going on or no care... read more
