Called to make an appointment for my father gave ALL his insurance information and was told that everything was covered. Called back on appointment day to ask what he needed to bring with him and was told all the sudden that they didn't actually take his insurance. Told the rude lady on the phone that I was told the previous call that I was told that he was covered and her reply was "OK, so..
