Made an appointment to update my contacts. I have keratoconus and need specialty contacts. Since covid my appointment got cancelled twice which is understandable but they never mentioned I would have to pay for my specialty contacts out of pocket when my insurance covers them. They just don't bill contacts to certain insurance...Thanks for the waste of time, I could've already have my new contacts if I knew.
