Dr Jacobs is the absolute best around. Not your “cookie cutter” type of doctor. His office and personnel are OUTSTANDING. I’m so happy that I found him. He makes every visit wonderful. He is so informative and has a great sense of humor. His receptionist, Jessica, well she is off the chart AMAZING! His PA is also the absolute very best!
I cannot agree with the negative reviews because Dr. Jacobs is outstanding. I am terrified of medical appointments but he made me feel at home. He joked with me and seemed more like an old friend. I didn't catch her name, but his receptionist was awesome too. Very friendly and had soothing conversation. I plan on making Dr. Jacobs my primary physician.
Dr Jacobs is the best! He is the most caring, patient, kind, funny, knowledgeable doctor I've ever had. He answers ALL your concerns and will spend as much time with you as you need. He truly makes you feel like you are the only patient in his practice. He's been my husband and my doctor for years...love and trust him!

I have to say I was pretty astounded at the personal time taken to go over details and how quickly phone calls were answered by the doctor himself for a relatively urgent matter. He truly cares about his patients and he takes the time to go over details and explain things without any sense of urgency. His team is amazing and thoughtful like Dr Jacobs.
