On or about the first week of December 2024, I called to make an appointment with Dr. Auerbach. I had been there once before for medication but, it had been over a year since my last visit and my prescription was running out. I was given an appointment to refill my prescription for today, January 3, 2025 and was told that they would obtain the necessary referral for my insurance from my primary care Dr. or would inform me if they had any issues in obtaining the referral before today's appointment. This Dr gave me a bi lateral treatment that ended my career and ruinred my life because he did not get information from my most previous dr and overdosed my treatment and left me not able to eat and incapable of leading a normal life. so was lied to and the discharged when i told him i could not eat.
I just about gave up until yesterday. My appointment with Dr. Auerbach went very well! I received a shot in both sacraliliac joints (using a floroscope) and a small amount of Rx'd pain medication. Today is the first day in a VERY long time that the pain has subsided and I feel like the cloud over my body has passed. Don't know how long it will last but I am grateful for some relief. Arrived- staff tended to me in a timely fashion, was last minute...saw Dr. A...took care of my needs, results were what I needed...can't say enough. Looking forward to improving my quality of life with Dr. A and his staff. Thank you Doctor.
