I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Michael Allen. He delivered my baby and made me feel safe and confident throughout the whole process. His calm and professional approach gave me a lot of reassurance, and I truly felt supported every step of the way. I am very grateful for his care and highly recommend him.
I am horrified by the care I received from Dr. Allen at St John of God Hospital. Despite obvious signs of preeclampsia—severe headaches, sudden weight gain, high blood pressure—my concerns were completely ignored. This negligence led to a life-threatening emergency C-section, a post-eclamptic seizure, and my newborn being placed in NICU. I had an incredibly positive experience with Dr. Allen and the entire team. As a first-time parent, I felt reassured at every appointment, and I truly appreciated being able to call and speak with a midwife whenever I had questions. When it came time to give birth to my daughter, I had complete confidence that I was in the best hands and trusted Dr. Allen entirely.
