Staff is amazing. Dr. I had...well. I have spent 300 dollars on contacts I cant use due to " rushing to get home ,closing time" I felt trested like a pest trying to get what I wanted from him. SIgh

I had to get a special screw/ and tighten my light on my loops that I use for work. I do NOT have any alan keys to do this. I dropped into this location today and I spoke with Steve...he was busy, but said if I could give him 10-20 minutes, he would do his best to see if he could help me. He states that screws for glasses were a lot smaller, but he would look at his supplies and try to help if he could. I left the store for other errands and then came back. If I could give a 0 star review I would. I never had an eyeglass company that was so pitiful and the store manager admits on the phone with me that she has had a lot of issues with people with prescription issues but instead of solving the issue and taking the recommendation, she hangs up because I think with better training, they would not have as many issues like with my glasses, since April until November they could not get the prescription right and refuse to listen to what I am recommending to make it work. i went in lenscrafters in poughkeepsie ny for a minor repair on my eye glasses and the repair person named Eric, was very helpfull and kind enough to not charge me. i recommend very highly

Devices are so filthy. Doctors do not care. It seems nobody ever did a thorough clean to those devices. It is less likely to get accurate prescription using these filthy devices. There was a black female staff, so impatient and grumpy. When you were following her instruction to go through those tests, she just kept tapping on the desk, like a demon trying to swallow your soul! Ripping you off. danielle just happens to be all in all rude, pushy, frigid, cynical, arrogant, obnoxious and irritating as far as branch manager that really makes you feel like a gigantic nuisance and i will never come back to lenscrafters facility being located as far as galleria emporium down-town santa rosie of the by northern california

Worst experience ever: The issue at hand revolves around two pairs of glasses I purchased. One of the glasses was fine, while the other had a defect. The company offers a 30-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked. I initially visited the store on June 12th to report the issue with the defective glasses.
