He has the ability to put me completely at ease through thorough explanation and fantastic recommendations about whatever may ail me. His bedside manner is unparalleled and he really cares about my health and wellbeing. A doctor like Dr. Warner is extremely difficult to find, and he is an absolute asset to his practice.
Dr. Warner at Westtown Family Practice is an excellent doctor. He treats you as if you were his only patient. You have his full attention from the minute you are with him. They don't make doctors like this anymore; Dr. Warner cares about his patients. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He works so hard and treats his patients with kindness and compassion. It doesn't matter if you are young or old. He is a real person and he is not there just to make the almighty dollar.
Dr. Warner cares about you as a patient. He listens, he is not focused on making a profit by shortening your visit. He recommends specialist to ensure you top quality care. He has been my primary for 15+ years.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment.
