It was quick procedure.
I saw Dr Venezia for a lower back problem. He recommended me yo an EXCELLENT PHYSICAL THERAPY Individual. The REASON for this BAD RATING is The BILLING DEPARTMENT. They are totally INCOMPETENT! First they said , I owed them $15. For seeing Dr Venezia. That was incorrect. I pd in full. Now they are saying I owe $15 for physical Therapy. That is incorrect. I paid in full and KEPT THE RECEIPT. The BILLING DEPARTMENT is INCOMPETENT. And, the worst part , is despite REPEATED attempts, there is no way to contact them! I hope Dr Ve... read more
Dr Venezia is an excellent orthopedic Dr. He listens, gives advice and takes care of the problem.
I saw Dr V for a specific surgery correction. He was highly recommended by my current doctor and Abbott Rep. Dr V was very good and I had minimal interaction with him. I did have some issues with the office staff They took a new set of X-rays that he said he didn’t need. The office started calling for payment within 3 days and basically told me I had to prepay or they wouldn’t do the surgery ( surgery in January so new deductible yr) Then the Tampa Joint & Spine Surgery Center started calling telling me I had to pay or they ... read more
