Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff.
