Dr. Kwasman was extremely knowledgeable and professional along with being a very empathetic provider.
An established patient with Dr Kwasman with follow-up visit for new symptom and pre-surgical approval in 2 weeks. Appt @ 8:45am with no sign of Dr Kwasman after 45 minutes. After notifying office staff that I needed to leave for visit with my husband's doc appt scheduled in 45 minutes, one particular staff suggested that my husband leave for his appt and then return for me. To accommodate us is beyond their understanding that patients have lives also. No health caring people here. To reschedule with her would be weeks before... read more
