I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Hickey. I never felt rushed and always felt comfortable asking questions. I am very pleased with the outcome of my surgery so far and continue to heal well. Despite an extremely busy schedule, Dr. Hickey and everyone I encountered at Brantford General Hospital were consistently kind, professional, and welcoming. Surgery can be a stressful experience, but this entire team helped make it feel much easier. Thank you.

I can't speak to the doctor or his abilities, but I had an appointment at 1030am. Waited for an hour in the waiting room and another 40 minutes in the doctors office and still hadn't seen anyone. Had to go to work at 1 so I left.
All I got was excuses instead of answeres
