If I could give this place "0" stars, I would. Currently still at ER after 13 hour wait. No movement of anyone. 7 people "working" behind the main help desk. Not one person can answer any questions or helps out at all. Blank stares, no brain cells, no help. Cannot believe this place has not been closed down. Watched a lady vomit and nobody cleaned up the mess. How does this pass any health sanitizing standards? In my 13 hours, have not seen a single housekeeping staff member. Horrible hospital.
Was a patient here who went through my first psychotic break, nurses were laughing at me and didn’t believe me for hallucinating I have never in my life been so scared and had come to a place for care. I will never and I MEAN never recommend this place. They dehumanized me in my most dire time of need. After posting my tiktok story I found out you also refuse them epidurals and tell them to “shut up” when they’re too loud in labor. WHO DOES THAT? I am contacting a lawyer.
