Dr Cowen is AMAZING !!! Had spinal fusion on L4-L5 in 2015. He was the best.
Dr. Cowan is an excellent neurosurgeon. He recently treated me for my severe cervical spinal stenosis. Gave me a thorough evaluation and advised me what I should do next. He arranged for my CT/Myelogram, and helped me schedule my surgery. We, in Charlotte, are extremely lucky to have Neurosurgery practice like Carolina Neurosurgery and Spine Associates right at our doorsteps, with its highly specialized and experienced surgeons like Dr. Cowan. -Jaysukh Ranparia
Had surgery on two ruptured discs. Never healed and didn't solve my problem. I have chronological nerve pain now from a result of his surgery. Will be seeing a different doctor in the future
