I can't even imagine where the people with bad experiences came from. The staff is wonderful. Dr. Caruso is very experienced, has worked in my mouth, my son's and my daughter's, and many friends. We listen to good music and sing together, except when he's drilling in my mouth..watching tv while waiting for himto come in isn't bad either.
