Dr. Hanna is a GREAT pediatric dentist, however maybe his Receptionist should retire. Unprofessional, extremely rude!!!!
It took over two weeks for the office to return our multiple calls that our baby was in so much pain due to a tooth accident. After the front office finally reached us they said we couldn’t have our baby seen for over a month. So disappointed in the lack of urgency and care. Literally dumbfounded.
Upon trying to make an appointment with this office, the receptionist was rude and asked me personal questions about my children. Questions I thought were inappropriate for an over the phone review, being this was the first attempt to make an appointment. One of the questions was did any of my children have mental issues. Have been to two other dentists for my daughter before ever going to this place and wish I would have known about him sooner, the best pediatric dentist ever, great with kids and the hygienist do a fantastic job, highly recommend!!!!!
