Dr. Powell-looney is amazing, I've been to multiple pediatric doctors and none of them have shown the amount of care she has.
I took my children here since it was close to where I live. They failed to tell me my insurance didn't cover certain procedures and after asking why they didn't inform me all that was said to me was "it is your responsibility to check with your insurance not ours." Needless to say I got hit with a bill for about $1000 and since I was not able to keep up with the payments they wanted me to make every month they sent my account to collections and I am now having the same problems with them.
