Dr. Oh and her entire staff were great with my son. He was a really tough patient- super scared to do his allergy testing but the kind and patient nurses worked with him and we got it done. Dr. Oh listened to my concerns and form a treatment plan to keep my little guy out of the ER. This is the 3rd doctor we have been to for help and I feel like the third time is a charm.
Rude and blew me off and my concerns regarding my symptoms. At the end of the appointment the receptionist asked her to clarify something about follow up testing and when we asked her to explain she addressed me and said if there was anymore back and forth I would have into set up another appointment. We only asked her to clarify something regarding a follow up, which took 30 seconds. It was really out of line. Felt rushed and disregarded my observations of symptoms. Waste of my time and money.
