Dr Hagen, and her PA, Kate are a great team to work with. Very knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions. My surgeries have both been very successful thanks to them.
After multiple consultations with 2 other medical facilities and countless tests I ended up in Dr. Hagens office. The first thing I felt was that I for the first time in a long time was being heard. My case was finally presented to someone with the expertise and confidence to help me. The surgery went great and so did all of my post ops. Currently 3 months post ops and things are looking good for me.
Dr. Hagen was kind & took a good amount of time with us in the appointment. We are still in the process of figuring out what to do but I’m hopeful she can help. But, I don’t appreciate paying for parking. I think we pay enough as it is to see the doctor, cross the bridge & pay for X-rays. Also, the parking lot is confusing as to whether you can park for free or have to pay. It would have helped if that information was given ahead of time. Also, getting scheduled was a nightmare. The team was incredible. It took less than 2 weeks from the moment I was diagnosed to the day I had my procedure. Everyone that I spoke to displayed confidence, expertise, and superb communication. Drs. Mia Hagen and Peter Thurlow were both exceptional.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Although my interactions with Mia Hagen last occurred about 6 months ago, after the success I've had with my current surgeons and my praising reviews to them, I felt compelled to review Mia. I pray you had a better experience than I had. After the treatment I received from Mia I reported her to her to the clinic manager.
