Love Dr. Layne! Had thee best labor and delivery experience all thanks to her. She was patient and extremely calm getting me through labor. Her voice is very relaxing/soothing. Oh and she was on top of everything. She ensured that everything I could’ve needed was on hand. Thank you Dr. Layne!
Dr. Layne is professional and always greets with a smile. I felt comfortable at all my prenatal visits. She provides care and all the info needed for mom and baby. I had a safe delivery with her. The receptionist is pleasant and courteous. The office is always clean, and in addition there is soothing background music, beautiful decor and overall feels welcoming. All my visits here have been great. Highly recommended.
Absolutely horrible service. Will never see again after 1 visit at her office. She doesn't answer patient messages in the portal regarding prescriptions, no one ever answers the phone when you call the office. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone to help with prescriptions, appointments, etc. She seems to care very little for patients.
