He is smart, kind, and very personable. I was nervous as a first time patient with injuries from a painful fall. He felt like a trusted friend and very knowledgeable about possible complications. I can count on him to help me in a health situation. He wants me to trust my instincts but will adjust if I over estimate myself. I was beyond impressed!
Rushed appointment with a quick diagnosis and fix and did not look at my full medical history. Prescribed medicine that aggravated other conditions I had. I ask what the medicine's side effects were. He washed over the actual side effects with some minor effects instead of telling me a full list of usual side effects or taking time to look them up so he could tell me what they were. I was so fortunate to get an appointment with Dr. Laurent after my primary doctors office couldn't take me. Dr. Laurent is so kind and listens well and truly is interested in my condition. His staff is very pleasant also.
Very professional. Great manners. Respectful with integrity. Listens well. Comprehends what you tell him. He was very curious and concerned about my issues. We need more caring doctors like this one. I feel that all my issues will be resolved with this doctor by my side.

I instantly liked Dr. Laurent. He takes the time to know you, explain things and is easy to talk to!!!! I highly recommend him.
Dr Laurent is very kind and takes the time to listen to his patients. You never feel rushed and he is complete in his assessment and explains what is coming next. My whole family sees him and I would recommend him to everyone.
