I only saw Dr. Latrous in person once. She was very compassionate and very professional. She followed up frequently and proactively (often outside of business hours) as I tried different treatments, and referred me to an ENT once we found I was not responding to the usual treatments.
Dr. Latrous is a truly exceptional allergy doctor. She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and genuinely takes the time to listen and understand her patients. You can tell that she truly cares—not just about treating the condition, but about the person behind it. She is a super special doctor and, more importantly, an even more special person. Exceptional paediatrician if you are lucky to get a referral to her. She is very thorough with excellent bedside manner. I would recommend her 100%
She was great and thorough. Took her time asked more questions from doctors then we were used to. Highly reccomend
Very thorough, asked lots of questions. Explained testing process and got us in to CHEO for tests right away.
