One word, Absolutely terrible! never answer the phone
My wife and I just came from our first visit a few days ago. Our previous doctor retired. She asked us some questions and sent us for some lab tests. She seems to be a little timid but we will give her a chance. Now, after several months and appointments, Dr. Basta has been helpful to my wife and myself. We are older and have several issues. Sometimes test results are a little slow as are referrals to specialists. With the shortage of Doctors, I guess I shouldn't complain. It appears that is life. Update: I can't understand ... read more
This is by far the most unprofessional clinic I have ever been to. It has a terrible 2.5-star rating on Google, and after my experiences, I completely understand why. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. They talk down to patients as if we don’t know what we’re talking about, and their attitude is beyond unprofessional. I have never seen such an unprofessional office in my life. It's truly remarkable. They never listen to what you try to tell them. Very rude, impatient and unprofessional staff. Everything is backlogged and things take ages to move. A complete mess! Dr. Meriam Basta is NOT a good doctor. She really lacks bedside manner, gets confused in the notes and in general just not there for you.
