Very unprofessional and rude. Called this group about a referral they said they never got. Called my doctor they did send it over. So called this place back employee puts me on hold for 40 minutes. Called back same person picks up I asked why was I on hold for so long she rudely said I do not know and started to laugh and asked me why was I calling when she clearly knew why was I calling because I spoke to her before she put me on hold.
