Dr Jones is professional and treats her patients well - her work is great -- been a patient for a few years
Dr. Jones is amazing. Very attentive & patient. I’ve had a terrible time with previous trouble areas and she fixed everything quickly & easily. She’s also made it so that I’m far less nervous going to the dentist. I recently lost a crown, she squeezed me in immediately and I was all fixed up in 45 mins. I can’t say enough about her professionalism, bedside manner, & skill! I also want to note that the dental assistants are really helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Jones & this practice.
I would never go to her.she drilled too deeply, hit the nerve but then treated me with muscle relaxers.i called 3 times ,went in twice and they kept telling me nothing was wrong even though I explained I was in excruciating pain.finally on the 8th day she said I needed a root canal. She was going to set it up for 2 weeks away.. Needless to say I went elsewhere.but they continue to bill me for her mistake
