It was a great experience. She was through, listened well, explained what and how it would happen. There where clear directions about after surgery care.
Was very honest about what to expect, really happy with the result.
Office staff a bit rude and unfriendly. Dr. Abbott very nice and through but after our initial visit and procedure surgery did not fix the problem as she assured us it would. After several post visits to see what could be done to fix issue she has made promises to work with our other DR. To see what could be done.....we even asked when we might hear back.....nothing, no call back, have been forgotten once they have been paid. N ot happy and would not recommend!!
Dr. Abbott is a super nice doctor and very personable. However the staff needs more work on scheduling and patient relationship. Both times I have been in the office I have waited over an hour. I have also been told different things about insurance and have been cut off while trying to ask my question. Lastly, I am told different things by assistants, receptionists, and the Dr. Communication ans friendliness of office staff needs to be improved.
Staff was not very polite. The front desk lady was robotic and mis-scheduled me wasting my time. The doctor's assistant was rude and very unfriendly. She Did not care to learn about how I ended up coming there...Just a " I dont care about the history, just tell me your problem now...." I will not return. waste of time and money.
I had a great experience with Dr Abbott and her staff at the Plano office. I had an upper eyelid blepharoplasty done in the office. I was nervous but they put me right at ease. The procedure was painless and quick. I am more than happy with the results and now only need to use readers! I also found their website to be very easy to navigate.
Dr. Abbott has been the best eye doctor I've seen since my issue started 6 months ago. I've dealt with many specialists that didn't tell me what was going on. She is so sweet, professional, and personable. I'd recommend her to anyone that's in need of this kind of specialist. Thank you Dr. Abbott for giving me peace of mind through the toughest time of my life. You made it so much easier just having you know what was required and answering all my questions. Thank you!
