Outstanding physician. Time spent with me as a new patient was unheard of these days. Explains things in a way that I could easily understand. Deliberate in her doctor/patient mannerisms and bedside manner. Happy I was able to be seen by her. A true blessing addition to Cleveland Clinic.
I have never had such a caring doctor as Dr Mercy. She is very professional and has a kind heart. I know that God led me to her for my heart issues. I have no doubts about that. I recommend her wholeheartedly.
