I went to The Villages office and saw Dr. "Wayne" and it was the MOST horrible experience I've had out of the dozens I've had since my accident 2012. I've never been so degraded, talked down to. And disrespected in all of my experience. I left mid appointment absolutely disgusted.
Dealing with Dr. Noone at the Macintosh office will cause anyone to have anxiety. I am frustrated and beyond disappointed. The receptionist is obviously incompetent, she's lost my phone number several times. I have been trying to reach Dr. Noone since October. Someone anyone should have phoned me back from that office. The receptionist also told me two weeks ago that Dr. Noone is way too busy to call me back. How about that one. I live out of state. Still no phone call. DR VONGXIABANA IS VERY CARING AND UNDERSTANDIND,VERY COMPLEAT IN HIS DIOGNOSIS
Brought my daughter in with high fever, chest pains. Dr. Jones took her in within 10 minutes, checked her out, tested her eyes and ears, lungs ect... We were in and out, with a filled persription within 30 minutes. She was better by the next day, so thank you Dr. Jones.
