Recently had to request Doctor Merani to issue a medical certificate cause of death and a cremation certificate for a deceased person. Doctor refused to identify the deceased and issue a cremation certificate. As a Medical Practitioner he has obligations to the deceased family and we find him very unprofessional with care factor 0 for his patients and families.
