No return phone calls have left messages . This is a new doctor for me. Never did call in my refills for my prescriptions after my ER visit. Horrible Customer service service……… we shouldn’t have to be calling our doctors offices for follow up. They should be calling us.
Doc Listens to all my concerns even they seem silly. He communicates clearly and simply so you walk out confident in your appointment not confused. The staff in the office are really friend and nice also.
Very disappointing and heartbreaking experience during an extremely difficult time for our family. Excellent rapport with patients. A great listener and communicator. A true physician who takes the time to understand his patient’s needs. So glad to have found spmeone like Dr Mendez to be my PCP.
